Gas Safety Check

Gas Safe recommends that a holiday home should undergo a Gas Safety Check on an annual basis.

What the Gas Safety Check will involve:

Testing all gas pipe work - including:

  • flues
  • gas appliances
  • ventilation
  • connection equipment in the holiday home.

When the Gas Safety Check has been completed, a certificate will be supplied detailing the outcome of the test.

If any appliance fails, it is the responsibility of the gas fitter to disconnect it until repairs have been authorised by the customer.
